Sorry for short answers, was busy at work...

I put them on the way that they were in the ski from you guys.  This was the opposite of the way the stock skiis were.  Stock had the rubber in to push the tip up and the rubber was in my skiis so that it would push the tip down.

I picked them up at Haydays, I am the guy who measured the ski length with the stick.  Ended up getting a new trailer so the length did not matter in the end.

Also, what info do you have on to toe in or out?

No problem Dan!  On your Nytro, you'll want the thickest part of the spindle rubber to be on the backside of the spindle.  This should give your ski a neutral position when lifted off the shop floor.

Your toe can be adjusted as described.  Let us know if you have any questions... you'll want .25" - .375" TOE OUT per ski.
